Mr. Costa Buck earned a B.A. in economics from the Argentine Catholic University and a master’s degree in finance from CEMA University (Centro de Estudios Macroeconomics de la Argentina). He is fluent in both Spanish and English and proficient in Portuguese.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.
