Since joining Fidelity Investments in 2006, Mr. DeBiase has worked as a trader and portfolio manager. Before joining Fidelity in 2006, he worked as a senior structured products analyst at Standish Mellon Asset Management. He has been in the investment industry since 2000. Mr. DeBiase earned his bachelor of business science degree in accounting from Bentley College and his master of business administration degree from Boston College. He is also a CFA charterholder and a board member of the Hamilton Wenham Edfund, which provides grants to promote educational excellence within the Hamilton Wenham school district.

Before joining Fidelity in 1987, Mr. Galusza was an international underwriter at Chubb and Son Inc. In this capacity, he performed risk analysis on international corporations. He has been in the insu rance and investments industries since 1985. Mr. Galusza earned his bachelor of science degree in finance, with concentrations in investments and marketing, from Babson College and his master of science in finance degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

伝記	Ford O’Neil, Portfolio Manager, manages retail and institutional assets. Mr. O’Neil joined Fidelity as an analyst in 1989 and has been a portfolio manager since 1992. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked for Advest, Inc. as an associate in investment banking from 1985 to 1989. Mr. O’Neil received a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

伝記	Thompson is lead manager of Advisor Municipal Income fund, which she has managed since July 1998. Thompson also manages other Fidelity funds. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 1985, she has worked as an analyst and manager. Previously, she worked as an equity research analyst intern at Lord Abbett & Company during the summer of 1984. From 1980 to 1983, she served as an analyst and client service consultant with Associates for International Research.

From 1978 to 1980, he was an investment representative with Key Bank NA. Gray is a director of the Bond Analysts Society of Boston. He was born November 7, 1956 in Norwood, Massachusetts. He and his wife Tanya have three children.
William Nemerever	Co-Manager	1985	1986
伝記	Mr. Nemerever co-manages GMO’s global fixed income area with Tom Cooper. Prior to joining GMO in 1993, he worked at Boston International Advisors where he founded the quantitative global fixed income effort. Previously, he was in charge of several Fidelity Investments fixed income groups, head of the fixed income department at State Street Bank & Trust Co., a portfolio manager at Wells Fargo, and a portfolio manager, equity analyst and actuary at John Hancock. Mr. Nemerever earned his B.S. in Mathematics at the University of Washington and his M.S. in Actuarial Science from Northeastern University. He is a CFA charterholder.
