Mr. Kongsted has been responsible for the development of Nordea Investment Management’s proprietary Asset Liability Management tools and Strategic Asset Allocation models. Since 2005 Mr. Kongsted has been a co-portfolio manager within the Multi Assets investment team. In 2010 Mr. Kongsted was also appointed Head of Strategic Asset Allocation.

He joined Schroders in 2011 and is based in London. Aymeric was the Global Head of Investment Solutions at BBVA in Madrid from 2009 to 2011, responsible for all Multi Asset investment solutions. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Tactical Asset Allocation Research at ABN AMRO Asset Management in London from 2002 to 2009, with responsibility for Multi Asset portfolios. He was the Head of Tactical Asset Allocation Quantitative Strategies at ABN AMRO Asset Management in London (merged with Fortis IM and then BNPP IP) from 2002 to 2009, where he was dedicated to absolute return strategies. He was an Institutional Portfolio Manager at Dexia Asset Management in Paris and Luxembourg from 1999 to 2002, With responsibility for Multi Asset portfolios. Qualifications: CFA Charterholder; Post graduate (DESS) in Finance from Nancy 2 (France); Masters in Finance from Nancy 2 (France), Giessen (Germany) and Lund.

伝記	Guy is responsible for overseeing the asset allocation of assets in Standard Life Investments multi-asset portfolios, and overall management of the MAI Team. He is Chairman of the Strategic Investment Group. Guy started his investment career with Jefferies and Co and Smith Barney in New York in 1983. He furthered his career in both the United States and Germany before joining Credit Suisse Asset Management as CIO, Multi-Asset Class Solutions in 2002. He joined Standard Life Investments as Head of Multi-Asset Management in April 2008. Guy now has a total of ten years investment experience at Standard Life Investments with 34 years’ experience in the industry. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder He holds a BA in Economics & Communications from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

伝記	Euan Munro is Newton’s CEO and chair of the executive management committee. Euan is a seasoned investment management executive with a background in macro investing. He joined from Aviva Investors where he was chief executive officer and a member of the Aviva plc group executive team for seven years. Prior to this, Euan spent nearly 20 years at Standard Life Investments (SLI) where he was head of multi-asset and fixed-interest investing and was latterly a member of that company’s board. He joined SLI as an inflation-linked portfolio manager from Scottish Provident in 1995. Euan has a first-class honours degree in Physics from the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia.

伝記	David Millar: FIA, Head of Multi Asset and Fund Manager Based in Henley-on-Thames, David joined Invesco Perpetual in January 2013 and heads the Multi Asset team. After commencing his investment career with Scottish Widows in 1989, where he qualified as an actuary, David joined the Fixed Interest team at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in 1996, becoming Head of Bond Strategy and chair of their Bond Policy Group. In 2008, he joined Standard Life Investments as Investment Director in their Multi-Asset Investing team.
