Mr. Sorenson also served as Chairman of the Board of the American Life Insurance Company of New York and directed the investment activities of American Life as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Sorenson received an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA degree from Columbia University where he concentrated in Accounting and Finance.
